This is Joe Pusateri, his former business partner and best friend. Joe worked closely with Matt for eight years and was a 20% owner of Long Tail. During that time, he was deeply involved in many of Matt’s schemes.
Across nine hours of recorded phone calls, Joe openly discusses numerous schemes they were involved in. He reveals personal details about Matt, including his extensive drug usage, theft and sociopathic strategies to cause people profound trauma.
According to Joe, these included:
Tricking models into receiving a lower % while leaving them with the full tax bill. Most models left after the IRS letter. The models didn't profit enough despite their content being posted all over the internet.
Stealing assets from companies, or hacking people out of entire companies which they referred to internally as “takeovers.”
Ruining the lives of high-level employees by having them quit their jobs, stealing their information, and then unexpectedly firing them within a month.
Matt’s addict life. He uses pharmaceuticals, coke, weed and kratom. Joe says Matt often tried to hide or downplay it, but he even caught Matt stealing his pills.
Matt having no real friends or girlfriends. Every girl he dates cheats on him. And his top management betrays him.
Joe explains how nobody wants to stay his friend, because they often feel something is wrong with Matthew.. He “comes across as weird”.
One time Joe caught Michael stealing from his house and they never talked about it afterwards.
Joe claims that Michael has no lasting friendships because he consistently betrays people, including Joe himself.

Underpaid workers from Apple Sante who are selling on Longtail's accounts.
He allows Jeng to take a cut from the employees’ salaries, indirectly stealing wages from chatters. Beyond financial exploitation, these managers have also engaged in 'sexploitation', coercing chatters into degrading conditions while profiting from their work. It is worth noting Jeng and Apple previously established a call center that was ultimately forced to shut down.
Michael also had two other managers Sam and Ching.
Sam, who is the sister of Apple’s husband, and Ching, who is Apple’s cousin. They used to operate their own small offices where they carried out similar practices of sexploitation and systematic theft of chatters’ earnings. Together, these individuals form a network that has consistently engaged in abuse, exploitation, and financial misconduct targeting vulnerable workers with few options.

She is Jeng who leads the company and had the work shop and is related to Apple
The 2 recording reveals even more proof of how Matt uses people purely for his own benefit. His friend Joe, explains that Matt had a meeting with the guy who landed a huge model for the company, and Matt offered him a high-paying job but only on the condition that he brought the model with him.
Joe says that even if the deal worked out, Matt would’ve fired the guy within a couple of months anyway.
This matches a pattern that Matt regularly flies people out to L.A., promises big money, and then drops them as soon as he gets what he wants.
And according to Joe, Matt has even hired someone for $40,000 and fired them two days later just to get what he needed from them.
Overall, the new recording exposes Matt as someone who uses people, lies to them, discards them instantly, and treats business relationships as tools he can exploit and throw away.
CrakRevenue
In this call, Joe alleges that Matt targeted contacts from CrakRevenue, attempting to recruit employees and secure their top model after being introduced through a business meeting. He describes a pattern of poaching people, using industry connections for personal gain, and taking valuable information before moving on.
Standard practice of "Hiring"
In this clip, Joe alleges that Matt's standard practice is to hire people, learn everything they know, and then let them go once they've shared their knowledge, leaving them unable to return to their previous jobs.
How Matt steals
In this clip, Joe alleges that Matt "steals" by taking advantage of people, benefiting from their work, and then cutting them out. He also claims Matt distrusts loyalty and assumes others are always trying to take advantage of him.
Here's more proof of how Matt has been ripping people off and deceiving others, along with videos that appear to show his involvement with drugs.
The Dark Side of Takeovers
In this clip, Joe says the "worst things" he and Matt were involved in were several major agency "takeovers." He claims he personally assisted Matt in carrying out three or four of these takeovers, describing them as some of the biggest actions they took.
How Does Matt Treat Joe?
In this clip, Joe claims Matt promised him major opportunities, had him complete extensive work and generate valuable leads, then kept a cheaper employee while allegedly benefiting from Joe's work. Joe says he felt used, underpaid, and discarded after providing value.
Matt's Weak Spot: Drugs
In this clip, Joe claims Matt was highly sensitive about discussions involving drugs, allegedly downplayed his own drug use, and imposed rules about what others could say around him, including restricting conversations about weed.
"Former employee statement about matt"
Summary (Former Employee’s Story):
Another person in the recording is one of Matt’s former employees, explains that the same thing happened to him. He gave Matt’s company over $4,000,000 (year) in revenue, and after that, they fired him.
He says he hired someone for social media, but that person went behind his back and talked directly to Matt. Matt then pushed to remove the employee’s commission, even though the commission was helping drive sales. When the employee refused, they used it as a reason to remove him from the company.
He was only being paid $5 an hour plus 3% commission, and after everything he contributed, they still let him go. He says the situation was strange and unfair and clearly shows how Matt treats people, even when they bring a lot

Psychologist Ramone Ford, PhD, says people with sociopathy consistently break the law and derive pleasure from giving pain.
Joe says Matt regularly does things that could get them arrested, like openly smoking weed while walking through the airport, not caring at all about laws, rules, or consequences. It’s to the point where the friend doesn’t even want to stand next to him.
He explains that Matt constantly pushes limits, both when he’s out partying and even when he’s just bored. Matt acts like he’s invincible and untouchable. On top of that, Matt barely listens when people talk. According to the friend, about 80% of the time Matt isn’t paying attention, and he often suddenly asks people to repeat everything because he realizes he wasn’t listening and might have missed something valuable.
Overall, this new recording shows that Matt is reckless, disrespectful, careless with other people’s time, and consistently breaks rules without thinking about anyone else.
Heavy drugs and pharma medication user.

"Sweat shop"
He supports an illegal call center in Lucena City, Quezon Province, The Philippines, operated by Apple Sante, who is close friends with Jeng, the Chief Operating Officer of LongTail. Jeng is the right hand person of Michael 'Matt' and runs the agency with him. The call center is notorious for its abusive treatment of workers: employees are severely underpaid, threatened with legal repercussions, and coerced into silence through Apple Sante’s ties to law enforcement. Despite their fear, staff have come forward with video evidence describing these conditions. Reports also indicate systemic identity theft, where employees’ personal details are misused, and their Telegram accounts are taken over and controlled even after termination. Michael Matthew Madigan knows about this and allows these sales people to work on his accounts. He is allowing Jeng to take a cut from their salary. And previously also his other managers called Sam and Ching are family related to Apple.
Sam is the sister of Apple's husband. Ching is Apple's cousin. Jeng is the best friend of Ching. In the past Jeng and Apple started an own call center that was forced to shut down.
Ching and Sam had their own small offices abusing chatters too
